We are really pleased with our new fire and surround. We honestly couldn't be happier. From first setting foot in the showroom and meeting Paul, we were given a first class service. I almost went to another store, I didn't know the showroom was there! Now I tell everyone about Fine Surroundings. If you are looking for good choice, quality and a great service then look no further. I can't recommend Fine Surroundings highly enough. Paul gave us really good advice and helped us with our choice. Nothing was too much trouble. Paul even came to our home to make sure were buying the correct fire and surround before ordering. We want to say a BIG Thank You to Paul and Karen, it was a pleasure doing business with you. Also, we must mention John who fitted the fireplace for his excellent work. Clean, tidy and efficient.

We have just had a new fire and surround fitted by Fine Surroundings Ltd and we are extremely pleased with the whole process. From choosing the surround and fire to the installation. The fitters were extremely polite and professional. We would also like to thank the owner of the company, Paul, for his help and advice.

Paul made the process of purchasing the fire surround and fire so easy. It was fitted today and I am so pleased with it and the difference it makes to the room. The fitters that they use are very good and even when they hit a snag they just shrugged and told me not to stress they would sort it. Highly recommend this business.

I wish there was space here to say thousands of thank you to Paul , his lovely wife ,and Alan the fitter , for all the help they gave me during the cold wet days of early Jan . There is not enough space to tell you all the story, suffice to say these people are the salt of the earth . I had been given wrong information by another firm and sought advice from Paul whom we bought the fire off 3yrs back . Paul brought Alan the fitter in and what a result , saving me a lot of money . We were in the Market to replace our old gas fire and fireplace, we looked at a few Fireplace companies in the Liverpool area. As soon as we walked into Fine Surroundings we were impressed with the large quantity of quality fireplaces and fires (both Gas and electric) on view. Paul the owner is very knowledgeable and has plenty of advice for you without being too pushy. The plinth for our fireplace was a non standard size, this was not an issue, Paul came to our house, carried out a survey and we ordered a made to measure plinth that fitted into the space in our wooden floor perfectly.

We also had an issue with our Gas flu which we were unaware of, this was no problem we simply changed our gas fire for an electric fire which we are more than happy with. We were given a time that the fitters would be arriving to fit the fire and they had the job complete within a couple of hours.

We would definitely use Fine Surrounds again and already we have advised our family to make a visit.

Just to say thankyou to Paul for his excellent advice and service. I'm delighted with my new electric fire it looks fab. Great communication and slick service. The guys who fitted it were excellent too, it was a big job fitting it in chimney breast but clean and efficient workers got the job done in no time.
